Variable data, such as printing different names, numbers, QR codes and barcodes onto the race bibs, is included without any additional charge. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements, if you have your data ready to go, please email through your CSV file or upload it to our race bib designer when placing your order. 

Yes, absolutely – to be sure your race bibs are perfect ahead of printing, please email us to place your order so we can provide a design proof for your approval. If you are ordering through the website and using our race bib designer, your race bibs will appear exactly as the designer shows!

In order to upload your own images to the race bib designer, click on the section you would like to upload the image to. A pop-up box will then appear asking you to click to add your image. Once you click to add your image, you can select the image from your device and confirm to upload it. Please note, your image will need to be the correct size, read more on this below.

When using our race bib designer, you will be provided with the option to write a name within the designer to get a feel for what your finished race bib is going to look like. When placing your order, please upload a CSV file containing your competitor names. We will then ensure your competitor’s names are printed on to the bibs during production. Yes absolutely! With sporting events, this is a given and our most common request. We can print either first name, last name or full names onto each of your bibs. The best way to organise this is to either use our race bib designer and upload a CSV file containing your competitor’s names, or to contact us and we will organise your order for you.

Yes! This is no problem at all. We regularly print QR codes on race bibs. The QR codes we print can contain information such as; 

• Emergency contact details 
• Medical information 
• Race-specific information

The QR codes can also be linked to race timing systems so that when your participants cross the finish line, their bibs can be scanned to record their finish time accurately. QR codes can also be used to create interactive experiences for participants and spectators as well as providing sponsorship and marketing opportunities. The best to way to organise having different QR codes on each of your bibs is to contact us – we will do the hard work for you.

Yes! We can use most fonts on your race bibs and can print any image/s that you require. For ease, we recommend that you contact us with your requirements – we can then ensure the race bibs are designed according to your specifications and get the design perfect prior to printing.

You can have any number of images/logo’s on your race bibs! The templates featured on our race bib designer are templates only, your race bibs can look however you desire them to! We would recommend that you contact us and send through the images/logos you would like on your race bibs, we can then design something perfect for you.

We offer same-day print and dispatch as standard on all racing bib orders – because of this, your order may be printed as soon as half an hour after your order is placed. For this reason, if you would like to make changes to your order, please call us as soon as possible on 08 8363 4850 to make changes to your design.

We cater for the largest of events as well as the smallest! For this reason, the minimum order for race bibs is 20.

As standard, our race bibs come without drill holes. However, if you would like drill holes included, you can select this at the checkout, and there is no additional cost!
