The Race Bib Co. Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping services to all regions within Australia.
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
Once the order is confirmed and shipped, customisable racing bibs, wristbands and lanyards are non-refundable as they are custom printed products.
Plain wristbands are eligible for a refund if returned to the company within 14 days of receiving the items.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by external shipping carriers.
Returns Policy:
To be eligible for a refund on plain wristbands, the items must be returned to The Race Bib Co. at 38 King William Street, Kent Town, SA 5067, Australia, within 14 days of receiving the items.
The returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for plain wristbands. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
Customisable racing bibs, custom wristbands and lanyards are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and shipped, due to their custom nature.
